During my stay at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Dallas East, Fair Park, An Ihg Hotel, I was impressed by the spacious layout of my room, complete with modern amenities like a microwave and small fridge that made my stay comfortable.

Wi-Fi was decent, but our room had stains and poor cleanliness. Not impressed.

We had a great time at this hotel, especially enjoying the spacious queen suite that had a mini-fridge and a cozy little love seat for family movie nights. The kids loved the indoor pool and the complimentary breakfast with a fun pancake machine. A small hiccup was the noise complaint we received, probably due to all the excitement from our kids running around, but it didn't really put a damper on our stay! 😊

The staff offered help when I needed a phone charger, which was appreciated. I enjoyed the strong rooms and their features like the breakfast layout. Only downside was a strange odor from the air freshener that made my throat sore. I won't recommend this place if you're sensitive to scents.

Additionally, the room showed significant signs of neglect with ripped sheets and stagnant water in the hot tub. While the staff provided excellent service, the overall condition of the hotel was disappointing and fell short of health and safety standards.

Additionally, the pool area felt uncomfortably cold, which was disappointing since I had planned to take a dip to unwind. It's worth noting that housekeeping didn't consistently restock necessities during our stay, leaving us without towels for an extended period.
